Complete dual CP3 fuel system designed for high-power BMW M57 applications where a single high-pressure pump is no longer able to provide sufficient fuel flow.

The system adds a second belt-driven CP3 pump while keeping the original engine-driven pump in place. This increases available fuel volume and allows the fuel system to maintain stable rail pressure at high engine load.
Using two pumps also reduces the amount of work required from the factory CP3. Instead of relying on one heavily loaded upgraded pump, the fuel demand is shared between two pumps.

The system is especially useful for engines running larger injectors, high rail pressure and increased fuel quantities where the original single CP3 becomes a limitation.
WHY CHOOSE THIS DUAL CP3 SYSTEM?
This system was designed with long-term reliability and component life in mind.
- High-torque toothed belt drive – the second CP3 is driven by a high-torque toothed belt, which requires significantly less belt tension than the systems used in many other dual CP3 kits. Lower belt tension reduces bending load on the CP3 shaft and helps prevent premature wear of the pump shaft seal.
- Automotive-grade pump controller – the controller is built to automotive standards and uses a fully detachable wiring harness with a Deutsch Motorsport connector. This provides a much higher level of durability, sealing and overall build quality compared with the basic controllers commonly supplied with other dual CP3 kits
PUMP CONFIGURATION
The system can be used with different R70 and R90 CP3 combinations depending on the required fuel flow.
For example, an engine already equipped with an R90 pump in the factory position can use the original R70 pump as the additional belt-driven unit.
